I work with teens and adults seeking affirming, trauma-informed care.
-
Common concerns include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges. You do not need to have a diagnosis in order to engage in therapy.
-
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and somatic approaches, tailoring each session to the client’s needs and goals. Therapy is collaborative and thoughtfully paced, balancing practical tools for coping and regulation with space to explore deeper patterns and experiences that support both immediate relief and lasting growth.
-
No, I do not provide crisis services. I have limited hours of availability and may not be immediately available in times of crisis. If you are in crisis, call 911, 988 Lifeline, or go to the nearest emergency room.
-
Parent involvement varies depending on the teen’s age, needs, and goals. When appropriate, I collaborate with parents to support the teen while maintaining ethical boundaries and confidentiality.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services if you are not using insurance.
A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated charges for therapy services and is provided before care begins. This estimate is based on the information available at the time and may include expected fees for scheduled sessions.
Please note that a Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and actual charges may differ depending on the length of care, frequency of sessions, or changes to the treatment plan.
Your Rights
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill. Information about how to dispute a bill can be found at www.cms.gov/nosurprises or by calling 1-800-985-3059.
